Certificate of Attendance

A certificate of attendance will be available for all registered participants on request.

Currency

The currency in UK is the British Pound (GBP). All fees for the conference will be charged in British Pounds.

Disabled Facilities

The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) has recently carried out extensive works to ensure that all events held there are as accessible as possible to everyone. This includes taking into account physical, sensory and other disabilities.

Insurance

We recommend that you take out insurance to cover medical and travel expenses. The Congress fee does not include insurance.

Invitation Letters

Delegates who require an official letter of invitation to obtain an Entry Visa for the UK should contact the Conference Secretariat by e-mail at conference@wcrf.org no later than 1 August 2010. Such letters do not imply any financial support, nor offer the guarantee of a UK visa. Invitation letters will only be issued to delegates who have paid their registration fees in full.

Language

The language of the conference is English - no interpretation facilities will be provided.

Passport and Visa Information

Delegates are responsible for obtaining the required travel documents for entry into the United Kingdom. Depending on your nationality, you may need a valid passport with a visa to enter the United Kingdom. Participants are encouraged to contact the British Embassy closest to them for up-to-date travel guidelines.
